Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your orders unfortunately you are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed only for issues regarding the quality(broken) of the item/s or if the wrong item/s has been delivered.

We do not process refunds if the variant or the size ordered is wrong. However, in this case, we do offer solutions to upgrade the product e.g. bigger size (extra fees will be applicable).

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase to receive a full refund

You will be issued a full refund ONLY for the following reasons:

  • Defective on Arrival (Should provide photos and Video of product opening).
  • Canceled within 12 hours of purchase

Disclosures:

  • Please also note: Actual product colors may vary from colors shown on your monitor due to Photographic Lighting Sources or Your Monitor Settings.
  • Window reflection on the corners has been used to give a glass effect for the product photos. There is no such reflection on real products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Custom orders, Special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and CAN NOT BE CANCELLED once placed due to the custom and made-to-order processes involved.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
